Employment is the principal source of income. The employment graduates associated with satisfaction and sense gain experienced by thousands families. In recent years, number art students in colleges universities has grown steadily. However, influenced various factors, situation become increasingly severe. this paper, difficulties faced are analyzed, countermeasures for high-quality full put forward view problem graduates.
